TL;DR

Institutional Sales Associate (Fintech): Identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects across buy-side and sell-side segments to grow the digital asset infrastructure business with an accent on lead generation and pipeline management. Focus on presenting complex crypto and tokenization product suites and nurturing long-term institutional client relationships.

Location: Hybrid (Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich). Must be a Swiss or European candidate wishing to move to Switzerland

What you will do

  • Conduct research and outbound outreach to identify high-potential prospects in buy-side and sell-side segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including preparing tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Master the diverse product suite (custody, tokenization, trading, staking) to explain complex concepts to various audiences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce for reporting and pipeline forecasting.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to optimize the client journey and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within fintech or digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, custody, tokenization, and the digital asset ecosystem.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage.
  • Must be a Swiss or European candidate wishing to move to Switzerland.
  • Proven ability to use CRM systems like Salesforce to track pipeline activity.
