TL;DR

Sales Executive - Securities Lending (Fintech): Execute structured prospecting campaigns, present and sell the Passive Income Plan, manage sales pipeline and client relationships with an accent on securities lending knowledge and compliance. Focus on monitoring sales KPIs, handling client onboarding including KYC/AML, and coordinating with compliance and back office teams.

Location: Hybrid working model in Zürich or Gland, Switzerland

What you will do

  • Execute prospecting campaigns including outreach, discovery calls, and follow-ups in coordination with marketing.
  • Present and sell the Passive Income Plan, addressing client questions and objections.
  • Track and manage pipeline activity in CRM and report on sales KPIs like conversion and revenue.
  • Act as trusted contact for clients, handle onboarding, queries, and ensure request resolution.
  • Maintain CRM records and process requests in line with FINMA regulations and AML/KYC.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian) are a strong asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent, plus 2+ years in sales or business development in capital markets, financial services or FinTech.
  • Proven pipeline management and conversion skills through structured outreach.
  • Strong interest in capital markets, trading or investment products.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Resilient, self-motivated with consultative sales experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated banking or brokerage.
  • Familiarity with Swiss financial regulations (FINMA) or EU frameworks (MiFID II, AML/KYC).
  • Knowledge of hirify.global's product suite or similar platforms.
