What you will do

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the key accounts pre-sales team in Southern EMEA, providing clear direction and performance management.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership teams to develop strategies, set targets, and create actionable plans for revenue growth.
  • Drive sales results by fostering a high-performance culture and monitoring team performance metrics in the cybersecurity market.
  • Partner with sales and customer success leadership throughout the customer lifecycle to provide technical assistance and expertise.
  • Manage performance and talent, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent at all levels.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a regional pre-sales technical sales engineering team for a software organization.
  • Experience in a sales engineer or technical account manager role in Enterprise software or Cyber Security.
  • Strong knowledge in both on-premise and cloud networking.
  • In-depth and hands-on understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing pre-sales / technical teams.
  • Intimate knowledge of sales methodology and best practice (MEDDPICC or similar).
  • Fluency in English is essential.
