Solutions Engineer (Identity Security)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Identity Security): Providing technical expertise and pre-sales support for Machine Identity Security solutions with an accent on technical demonstrations, solution design, and customer engagement. Focus on articulating business value to various stakeholders, guiding through security best practices, and managing Proof of Concepts.

Location: Hybrid in France. This role supports clients in France, Spain, Italy, and other Mediterranean countries.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical expertise and pre-sales support during the sales cycle for Machine Identity Security solutions.
• Architect hirify.global solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through security best practices and risk reduction strategies.
• Engage with IT security, DevOps, compliance teams, and C-level executives to position hirify.global solutions.
• Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs.

Requirements

• French and English language skills are mandatory for this position.
• Knowledge of cryptographic security technologies such as SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, and HSMs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and Active Directory/LDAP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and toolsets, including CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication and organizational skills to drive complex technical discussions.
• Good understanding of OIDC and SAML.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise security solutions at scale.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
• Major Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKS).
• Additional spoken languages, ideally Spanish or Italian.
• Prior experience in a pre-sales or consulting role within cybersecurity.
• Hands-on scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation.
