Technical Account Manager (Cloud Security): Planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the hirify.global platform with an accent on providing strategic and hands-on technical guidance. Focus on streamlining collaboration between product, sales, engineering, and support for a cohesive customer experience and ensuring customer success.

Location: Remote - Must be based in The Netherlands

What you will do

  • Provide expert guidance on platform deployment and operational best practices, including establishing a hirify.global Center of Excellence.
  • Serve as the primary hirify.global liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with internal teams like Support and Product Management.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships and regular cadence with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level.
  • Help customers define Success Plans, outline critical goals, and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities for hirify.global usage.
  • Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the hirify.global platform and monitor cloud security threats.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their associated security considerations.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Fluent English and French.
  • Must have the legal right to work in The Netherlands without visa sponsorship.
