What you will do
- Provide expert guidance on platform deployment and operational best practices, including establishing a hirify.global Center of Excellence.
- Serve as the primary hirify.global liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with internal teams like Support and Product Management.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships and regular cadence with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level.
- Help customers define Success Plans, outline critical goals, and achieve key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities for hirify.global usage.
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the hirify.global platform and monitor cloud security threats.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering).
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their associated security considerations.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Fluent English and French.
- Must have the legal right to work in The Netherlands without visa sponsorship.
