Partner Development Manager (Dynamics 365/Power Platform): Building and expanding relationships within hirify.global's Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform partner network with an accent on driving revenue, margin, and partner performance. Focus on strengthening partner-to-partner collaboration, enabling growth, and developing new solution capabilities across the ecosystem.

Location: Remote. Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Salary: Competitive base salary, commission, and a market-leading incentives programme.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of revenue, margin, and overall trading partner performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes and timely customer payments.
  • Act as an internal connector, strengthening peer-to-peer engagement across the organization.
  • Build and expand networks across vendors and within the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Elevate partner capability by supporting growth, enablement, and the development of new opportunities.

Requirements

  • B2B or B2C sales experience within the IT Channel.
  • Knowledge and passion for technology products and services.
  • Ability to maintain and manage a pipeline of deals and opportunities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to drive business growth.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Extensive industry experience with a strong network.
