What you will do

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with existing banking platform partners to drive mutual revenue growth.
  • Identify and activate co-sell, resell, and referral opportunities within the partner portfolio.
  • Prospect and sign strategic partnerships with core banking platforms, digital banking providers, and BaaS providers.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the partner, advocating for specific integrations and product features.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on partner pipeline and strategic milestones.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances in banking or fintech.
  • Proven track record of monetizing existing partnerships and closing net-new agreements with measurable revenue impact.
  • Deep domain expertise and relationships within the banking platform ecosystem (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Temenos, Jack Henry).
  • Experience structuring complex OEM, co-sell, and referral agreements.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud prevention, or digital onboarding.
