TL;DR
Engagement Lead (Utility): Ensuring accurate and complete scoping of client engagements to secure successful project outcomes for utilities with an accent on RFP responses, contract negotiations, and sales-to-service transitions. Focus on streamlining processes, supporting sales pipeline forecasting, and resolving potential project delays or issues for North American clients.
Location: Remote. Must be based in the USA or Canada. Up to 40% travel across North America is anticipated, and candidates must be able to travel outside of Canada without legal or immigration-related restrictions.

What you will do
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Team and the Service Delivery Team, upholding internal service levels.
- Support sales through coordination and management of documentation, including SOWs, milestones, project plans, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Support customer onboarding processes, specifically Sales-to-Service Delivery transitions.
- Provide insights for continuous improvement to Sales and Service Delivery teams.
- Partner with leadership to develop and streamline processes.
- Communicate potential delays, risks, or issues to internal stakeholders and support ongoing customer scoping and quoting activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing contract documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs) and managing milestones.
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience with strong executive presence.
- Deep utility domain and solution expertise is preferred.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution, negotiation, and process-building capabilities.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
