What you will do
- Own the performance of a team of Business Development Representatives, including activity, pipeline quality, and results.
- Coach BDRs using data and call insights to improve execution and consistency.
- Set clear standards for outbound quality, CRM hygiene, and handovers.
- Run effective 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback conversations.
- Identify risks early and address performance or behavioral issues directly and professionally.
- Support hiring new team members and onboarding them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of team leading experience in business development, ideally within a tech sales environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue.
- Strong organizational skills, able to juggle people, priorities, and data with clarity and control.
- Clear and direct communication skills.
- Strong experience coaching from metrics and performance data.
- Hands-on outbound sales experience and credibility.
- Native-level English, written and spoken.
