Senior Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity, AI): Managing named accounts globally, driving adoption and outcomes for renewals, expansion, and advocacy with an accent on strategic business reviews with executive leadership and identifying complex upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Focus on aligning long-term partnerships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and resolution of escalations.
Location: Hybrid: minimum 3 days a week in our Johannesburg office.

What you will do
- Manage complex deployments, escalations, and renewals for global accounts.
- Conduct strategic business reviews with C-Suite executives.
- Present and demonstrate hirify.global cyber threat defense solutions.
- Identify, nurture, and negotiate complex upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Facilitate customer renewals and ensure customer success.
- Analyze customer engagement levels to assess risk and execute comprehensive action plans.
- Manage complex customer escalations, leveraging cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior staff and lead strategic initiatives that build team structure.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating with senior business professionals.
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
