What you will do
- Own regional enablement strategy and execution for EMEA, partnering with leadership to address skill gaps.
- Extend global enablement programs, adapting them to EMEA market specifics and operating rhythms.
- Reinforce sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC through workshops, simulations, and live deal-based coaching.
- Build a "for the field, by the field" enablement model, co-creating sessions with top performers and regional SMEs.
- Act as the in-timezone point of contact for EMEA enablement requests and bring field insights back to global teams.
- Support global onboarding delivery and post-onboarding ramp for new hires in the EMEA region.
Requirements
- 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, sales operations, or related B2B SaaS/enterprise technology roles.
- 2+ years prior quota-carrying or equivalent deal-facing experience.
- Required: Command of the Message experience.
- Required: MEDDPICC expertise.
- Excellent facilitator who can run engaging sessions and drive behavior change.
- Strong cross-functional partner capable of influencing without authority and aligning stakeholders.
- Culturally aware and adaptable across EMEA geographies.
- Willingness and ability to travel within EMEA for in-person workshops and key field moments.
