What you will do
- Partner closely with regional Field Marketing teams to integrate enterprise priorities and best practices into regional plans.
- Address key regional target accounts by prioritizing and executing high-touch Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics.
- Champion and drive the adoption of global enterprise campaign standards and successful local programs across EMEA regions.
- Provide hands-on guidance and collaboration to regional Field Marketing Managers on executing enterprise-grade marketing activities.
- Serve as the primary link between the EMEA Enterprise Sales team and Regional Field Marketing Managers for prioritized accounts.
- Track, analyze, and report on Marketing Influenced Pipeline on enterprise segments with a focus on influence metrics and engagement.
Requirements
- Ability to translate enterprise priorities into clear, executable regional actions, ensuring appropriate accounts and tactics are embedded.
- Proven capability to lead through influence across multiple teams without direct reporting lines or full budget ownership.
- Strong competence in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) execution for key enterprise accounts, including executive events and personalization.
- Ability to review, analyze, and track influence-based KPIs, turning insights into recommendations for improved outcomes.
- Demonstrated strength in hands-on execution of complex enterprise programs, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and consistency.
- Exceptional proven capability in complex stakeholder management to drive seamless cross-functional alignment and execution.
