Direct Engagement Manager (Sales): Driving growth for 's product portfolio in Germany by engaging with Public and Education sector end-users, managing sales pipelines, and exceeding quotas. What you will do
- Expand full portfolio through active new business development, engaging with new and existing accounts, and managing relationships.
- Focus on top corporate end users in the Education and Public Sector on federal and state level in Germany.
- Engage with local vendor teams (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom) to strengthen alliances.
- Cross-sell across product categories, maximizing wallet share/spend of corporate end users.
- Own and execute the high-touch engagement and sales plan in alignment with business objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced, and quarterly-driven environment, maintaining an accurate and updated sales funnel.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience selling to Education & Public Sector clients in Germany.
- Hands-on mentality with expertise in managing the entire sales cycle.
- Strong marketing background and an understanding of lead conversion.
- Strong relationship network in the Public Sector on federal and state level.
- Long-standing experience in public procurement and public tender law.
- Persuasive communicator with great presentation skills.
