What you will do

• Lead a diverse team of talented software engineers.
• Define mid- and long-term strategy for the team and the Reach Ads product.
• Collaborate with Product & Development teams to build easy-to-maintain and scalable ad-tech solutions.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring technical decisions align with global architecture and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor team members, holding one-to-one meetings and fostering a healthy team culture.
• Drive innovation in the digital advertising domain, leveraging technologies like Java, Python, and AWS.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering and a strong background in team leadership.
• Proficiency in Java as a programming language and a good understanding of software architecture.
• Experience or willingness to work with a distributed team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agile mindset and experience with modern development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
• Must be able to work from Berlin, Germany, with visa sponsorship provided for relocation to Germany.

• Hands-on experience with third-party advertising platform integrations (Google Ads, Meta, DV360) and Adtech.
