What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support priority projects and clients.
- Create and pitch proposals for martech solutions and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Drive the sales cycle by conducting needs analysis and proactively negotiating deals.
- Secure new client meetings, present to prospects, and submit proposals.
- Identify and convert partnership clients into full-time hirify.global partners.
- Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of influencer, performance marketing, or relevant sales experience.
- 1-2+ years of client-facing and client relationship building experience.
- Experience in MarTech and influencer marketing is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Foundational sales experience and methodology.
- Proven ability to consistently hit or overachieve quota.
