Mid Market Account Executive (AI): Driving new business growth by acquiring small to medium-sized customers and expanding Abnormal’s footprint in the market with an accent on full-cycle sales process, from initial prospecting through to deal closure within a defined territory. Focus on generating new business opportunities to supply enough pipeline and overachieving new annual recurring revenue quota.

Location: Remote (USA), with a focus on the New York City region.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 USD

What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global solutions within your defined territory to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quotas.
  • Manage Mid Market accounts from initial conversations through contract signing and up-selling.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities with Mid Market accounts to ensure a sufficient sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion sale opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer and prospect needs with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to prioritize revenue-generating activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling in cybersecurity.
  • 4 Years in an individual contributor sales role.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline across multiple channels (prospecting, marketing, referrals, partners).
  • Strong skills in qualifying needs and presenting ROI-driven value to stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute a repeatable sales process with focus and effective time management.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with SEs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale.
