What you will do
- Sell hirify.global solutions within your defined territory to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quotas.
- Manage Mid Market accounts from initial conversations through contract signing and up-selling.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities with Mid Market accounts to ensure a sufficient sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion sale opportunities.
- Advocate for customer and prospect needs with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to prioritize revenue-generating activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling in cybersecurity.
- 4 Years in an individual contributor sales role.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline across multiple channels (prospecting, marketing, referrals, partners).
- Strong skills in qualifying needs and presenting ROI-driven value to stakeholders.
- Ability to execute a repeatable sales process with focus and effective time management.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with SEs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale.
