What you will do
- Create, support, and manage hirify.global’s overall marketing strategy to increase brand impact and reach.
- Collaborate with business development and client partner teams to support marketing initiatives and sales enablement.
- Manage project activities, ensure deadlines are met, and provide updates for marketing initiatives.
- Lead the execution of the global awards strategy, including identifying, submitting, and promoting award wins.
- Develop, implement, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Create a wide range of compelling marketing content, including website, case studies, white papers, and social media.
- Plan, organize, and execute in-person and virtual B2B events, managing logistics and tracking ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree.
- 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, technology, consulting, and/or B2B marketing.
- Proficiency in a wide range of owned/earned media channels.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Experience driving results in a cross-functional capacity globally.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Canva, Adobe Express, Campaign Monitor, Pardot, Hubspot, Webflow, Wordpress).
