What you will do

• Own and evolve the marketing technology stack, including automation, CRM integrations, and lead tracking.
• Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) for workflows, scoring, and segmentation.
• Build, QA, and optimize campaigns and workflows for accurate tracking and fast lead flow.
• Partner with demand generation and product marketing to execute and analyze campaigns across channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign performance and pipeline impact.
• Drive experimentation and optimization through testing of messaging, audiences, and channels.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or blended ops/campaign roles at a high-growth B2B company.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Strong experience building and executing marketing programs.
• Deep understanding of lead management, attribution, and funnel reporting.
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Google Data Studio.
