What you will do

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, email outreach, and strategic calling.
  • Qualify leads by uncovering pain points, gathering critical data, and assessing readiness to move forward.
  • Work closely with the sales team to book discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activity while keeping messaging thoughtful and targeted.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data in the CRM to support a healthy pipeline and informed follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales development, customer-facing, or high-output role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational habits and a willingness to own your daily schedule.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Lehi, UT.

Nice to have

  • Summer sales or equivalent experience in a sales role.
  • Consistent history of exceeding quotas in previous roles.
  • Strong prospecting skills and expertise in managing the entire sales cycle.
