What you will do
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, email outreach, and strategic calling.
- Qualify leads by uncovering pain points, gathering critical data, and assessing readiness to move forward.
- Work closely with the sales team to book discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activity while keeping messaging thoughtful and targeted.
- Collect and maintain accurate data in the CRM to support a healthy pipeline and informed follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a sales development, customer-facing, or high-output role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational habits and a willingness to own your daily schedule.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Must be able to work on-site in Lehi, UT.
Nice to have
- Summer sales or equivalent experience in a sales role.
- Consistent history of exceeding quotas in previous roles.
- Strong prospecting skills and expertise in managing the entire sales cycle.
