Founding SDR (AI): Building the outbound engine from scratch for an AI-native observability platform with an accent on high-volume outbound, pipeline generation, and product messaging. Focus on selling to SRE, DevOps, Platform, and VP Eng leaders and developing a repeatable SDR playbook.

Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco Bay Area, US (San Jose, CA).

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission

What you will do

• Prospect into SRE, DevOps, Platform, Infra, and VP Eng.
• Run high-volume outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Book qualified meetings and generate real pipeline.
• Learn the product deeply and improve messaging weekly.
• Build sequences, talk tracks, and a repeatable SDR playbook.
• Partner directly with the CEO and founding team.

Requirements

• Early-stage startup experience (Seed/Series A).
• Experience selling infra/devtools to technical buyers.
• Strong outbound fundamentals and high activity.
• High ownership, urgency, and consistency.
• Comfortable coming to office 5 days / week.
• Ability to learn fast, iterate, and bounce back quickly.
