Location: Remote - US

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead the tactical rollout of new products and features, owning GTM project timelines and coordinating deliverables.
  • Produce sales tools, including one-pagers, slide decks, and case studies, translating technical specifications into persuasive benefits.
  • Act as the "go-to" partner for Sales and Customer Success, building battle cards and maintaining resource libraries to drive revenue.
  • Assist with competitor research and customer analysis to keep messaging fresh and relevant within the healthcare compliance industry.
  • Gather feedback from the field to help Product Management inform the product roadmap.
  • Analyze marketing material performance using data and KPIs to continuously improve content strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in product marketing, specifically within Healthcare Software/SaaS.
  • Proven ability to write clearly and persuasively about technical API or data solutions for a professional healthcare audience.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and project management platforms like Monday.com or Asana.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
