Salary: USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year

What you will do
- Shape product vision and influence strategy by connecting product truth, customer needs, and market opportunity.
- Develop clear, insight-led value propositions, messaging, and global frameworks for content and campaigns.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and execution across the end-to-end customer journey for high-priority initiatives.
- Craft high-impact narratives and storytelling assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and FAQs.
- Drive cross-functional narrative alignment and market activation with integrated marketing and field teams.
- Contribute to the development of frameworks, playbooks, taxonomies, and workflows for scalable storytelling.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field AND 3+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in marketing, product storytelling, or GTM strategy roles.
- Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B product marketing for technology, digital advertising, SaaS, or AI-powered solutions.
- Proven ability to partner across Product, Sales, Integrated Marketing, Insights, and Brand to deliver unified narratives.
- Ability to create clarity and work within new, developing contexts, comfortable with a “builders” mentality.
- Strong storytelling craft, able to simplify complexity and create emotional resonance with customers.
- Must work from a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. at least four days per week.
