What you will do

• Engage in high-volume candidate sourcing for technical and non-technical positions.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies and craft compelling outreach messages to candidates.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and founders, facilitating introductions and coordinating calls.
• Partner closely with founders to refine hiring profiles and design interview loops.
• Provide general recruiting guidance, from compensation/leveling to candidate closing strategies.
• Track and improve sourcing metrics using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of primarily technical sourcing/recruiting experience in a fast-paced, tech environment.
• At least one experience recruiting for an early-stage (<50 employees) company.
• Impeccable attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and skilled at juggling competing priorities.
• Strong relationship builder, able to build rapport with people from all backgrounds.
• Creative, gritty, possessing a deep sense of ownership, and a fast learner.
