Salary: $140,000–$200,000 + equity

What you will do

• Partner closely with Recruiters and Engineering leaders to build Engineering teams.
• Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for highly technical roles across the company.
• Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach talent.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with top technical candidates.
• Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Operate with a “one team” mindset to help the Talent team meet bold, company-wide hiring goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with deep exposure to engineering roles.
• Proven track record sourcing and engaging top technical talent in highly competitive markets.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand complex engineering profiles.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal partners.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
