What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from job posting and sourcing through screening and offer management.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations leadership to define hiring strategies, role profiles, and success criteria.
• Proactively source and engage passive technical candidates through creative and data-driven approaches.
• Assess candidates for technical depth, communication skills, and alignment with developer-first values.
• Manage a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and closing.
• Build and maintain diverse, long-term talent pipelines for critical technical functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition related functions in an evolving and high-growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters.
