What you will do
- Attract, develop, and retain a strong, high-performing technical recruiting team.
- Lead, manage, inspire, and mentor direct reports, including recruiting managers, leads, and recruiters.
- Develop and direct strategic recruiting initiatives and best practices to win top talent in competitive markets.
- Provide expert strategy and guidance to leaders and hiring managers for attracting diverse candidates.
- Assess, revamp, and optimize existing recruiting processes, tools, systems, and resources for scale.
- Be hands-on in owning senior roles and challenging open positions, and plan for future talent engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of tech recruiting experience, with at least 3-4 years in a management role.
- Experience managing high-performing recruiting teams through hypergrowth.
- Proven track record partnering successfully with C-level executives, VPs, directors, and managers.
- Ability to establish trusted relationships with teams, clients, and colleagues across all levels and functions.
- Adaptable and superior communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) at all levels.
- Skilled at using data and analytics to develop insights and drive decisions.
