TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Santa Barbara, California. This is an in-office position with an expectation of being in the office five days a week.
Salary: $74,000–$85,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage systems access and resources for employees, ensuring up-to-date user access.
- Troubleshoot issues with endpoints, mobile devices, and networking.
- Identify risks and areas for improvement within the IT framework.
- Test and analyze IT system and software performance.
- Prioritize and resolve IT concerns, escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Document processes, maintain HelpDesk records, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Experience with SaaS-based administration.
- 2-5 years experience working in a HelpDesk or other Information Technology role.
- IT asset management experience.
- Familiarity with MacOS administration.
- Excellent communication skills, and an ability to collaborate with members of various teams.
- Good problem analysis, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
- Ability to meet criteria for a government background check.
- Adherence to internal policies for access control, asset management, and operational continuity.

- Scripting and Networking experience.
- Experience with ISO 27701.
- Healthcare experience.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Identity Access Management experience (Okta, Rippling, OneLogin).
