What you will do

• Provide IT helpdesk support and diagnose IT-related issues for staff.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities in collaboration with HR and Security teams.
• Set up, deploy, and assist with shipping/receiving of laptops, devices, software, and hardware assets.
• Manage MDM systems (including BYOD) and maintain the firm's inventory of IT assets.
• Manage and secure endpoint devices under the direction of the Security Team.
• Provide training to staff on IT-related topics and assist with change management and procurement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Deep expertise in Linux, MacOS, and Windows system administration, including device management, patching, and operational support.
• Experience with automation workflows, SSO configurations, and scalable onboarding processes.
• Good scripting skills with a drive for automation.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to cover Mountain time or Pacific time zones and available for on-call rotations.
