Location: Hybrid work based in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day), or various options in Kaunas, Klaipėda (Lithuania), and Riga (Latvia). Knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation required, with EU labor legislation as a strong plus.

Salary: 4,500–5,900 EUR/month (Gross)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner in high-growth technology companies.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to link HR impact to commercial results.
• In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation is required.
• Understanding of People metrics and data-informed decision-making.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
