• Support salary planning processes and provide feedback/coaching for performance.

Requirements

• Hands-on HR Business Partner experience, ideally in tech, product, or engineering.
• Previous experience in technology startups or scale-ups.
• Passion for employee engagement with creative ideas.
• Confidence working with managers and leaders in sensitive situations.
• Practical, proactive approach to turning ideas into action.
• English: Business level required.
