Requirements
- Hands-on HR Business Partner experience, ideally in tech, product, or engineering.
- Previous experience in technology startups or scale-ups.
- Passion for employee engagement with creative ideas.
- Confidence working with managers and leaders in sensitive situations.
- Practical, proactive approach to turning ideas into action.
- English: Business level required.
