Что делать

  • Be a strategic business partner to the CEO and business leaders, assisting in forming new teams and adapting organizational structure.
  • Take full ownership of the Employee Lifecycle within the assigned business.
  • Improve business-strengthening processes such as performance cycles, leadership development, feedback ecosystem, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Build frameworks and analytics for international remote teams.
  • Analyze people and team dynamics data to make strategic decisions.
  • Build a high-performance culture where ambition, transparency, and accountability align with humanity.

Требования

  • 3+ years of HRBP/People Partnership experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of business operations and the ability to articulate value in terms of numbers, priorities, and impact.
  • Experience managing the Employee Lifecycle by building it as a strategic system.
  • Strong skills in building relationships with leaders and effective communication: negotiating, providing reasoned arguments, finding win-win solutions, utilizing feedback, and managing team-level communications.
  • Courage to take responsibility, propose new ideas, and experiment to accelerate work and improve final results.
  • Systemic thinking: ability to see patterns beyond individual cases.
  • Focus on results and meaning: setting priorities, tracking goals, finding resources, asking "What problem are we solving?", and meeting deadlines.
