What you will do
- Propose, coordinate, and confirm a high-volume professional calendar across LATAM and U.S. time zones, balancing competing priorities.
- Triage and organize incoming email, drafting responses and serving as a professional extension of the executive.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, hackathons, and community initiatives, including logistics and follow-ups.
- Conduct light background research and prepare concise briefing materials for meetings and engagements.
- Maintain organized systems for contacts, notes, and relationship context, and support content initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-trust environments.
- Demonstrated excellence in calendar management, scheduling, and executive communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high discretion for confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfort working across time zones and with globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and modern collaboration tools.
- Must be based in Mexico.

- Experience in venture capital, startups, technology, or founder-led organizations.
- Familiarity with LATAM startup ecosystems and global investing contexts.
