What you will do

• Manage complex calendars and proactively engage with team priorities.
• Book domestic and international travel arrangements and reconcile expense reports.
• Organize and support domestic and international offsite meetings, including in-person attendance.
• Provide general support to visitors, including booking conference rooms and organizing catering.
• Maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
• Be present in team meetings and follow up on action items.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive assistant.
• High degree of professionalism and excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and calendaring software.
• Must be able to work remotely from North America (excluding CA, NY, & WA).

Nice to have

• Experience working in gaming, entertainment, technology, or communications fields.
