Salary: $239,000–$278,000

What you will do

• Build and manage the Go-to-Market Talent Network, engaging and career coaching high-potential talent.
• Counsel portfolio companies on hiring processes to build world-class management teams.
• Accelerate time to hire and improve quality of hire through best practices and leveraging networks.
• Partner and grow relationships with leading search firms.
• Expand the hirify.global network and connect the firm with industry leaders.
• Identify potential investment opportunities for the firm through network expansion.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market teams.
• Strong network of relationships within the enterprise technology sector.
• Experience in assessment, recruitment, and building executive teams.
• Exposure to compensation trends and benchmarking.
• Ability to influence and partner with Founders, CEOs, and other executives.
• Proven track record of managing a fast-paced workload and balancing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
