Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, New York City). This is an in-office company, requiring attendance in either San Francisco or New York City.

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and scale recruiting processes, systems, and infrastructure to support rapid organizational growth.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting operations from sourcing to onboarding handoffs.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to implement process improvements and strengthen hiring signals.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and prioritize high-impact improvements.
  • Drive adoption of new processes and tools through change management and stakeholder alignment.
  • Champion documentation, operational rigor, and process consistency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling recruiting operations solutions, systems, and programs.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact programs.
  • A systems thinker capable of designing processes and frameworks for high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment and outcomes through influence and partnership.
  • Strong analytical mindset, using data to frame problems and measure impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading recruiting initiatives that leverage AI or advanced automation.
  • Deep expertise with Ashby or similar recruiting platforms.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup or tech company.
