Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY. This role follows a location-based hybrid policy, requiring staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $255,000 - $320,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and own the marketing strategy for the Financial Services & Insurance segment, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market coordination.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing programs (digital, content, events, partner channels) to generate pipeline and accelerate sales.
  • Build a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, buyer personas, and AI adoption patterns in financial services and insurance.
  • Develop segment-specific content like case studies, solution guides, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, communications, design, and research teams.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and report on impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise technology or SaaS, and expertise in financial services or insurance.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing integrated marketing programs that measurably drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Understanding of decision-making dynamics, regulatory considerations, and technology evaluation processes in financial services.
  • Skilled at translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating closely with enterprise sales teams to align marketing strategy with deal-stage needs.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI or machine learning products to regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks relevant to financial services (e.g., SOC 2, SOX).
  • Background in analyst relations or thought leadership programs within financial services technology.
  • Experience working at a high-growth technology company navigating rapid expansion.
