TL;DR

Senior Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing Operations): Building and optimizing systems, processes, and data foundation for demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and pipeline creation with an accent on marketing funnel performance visibility, lead management, and campaign execution. Focus on administering marketing tech stack, leading lifecycle and lead management operations, and establishing attribution and reporting frameworks.

Location: This role can be based in our San Francisco office (hybrid) or remotely anywhere in the United States or Canada, with a preference for candidates located in the Pacific Time zone.

Salary: $127,500 – $198,148. Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Administer and govern the marketing tech stack, primarily Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Lead and optimize lifecycle and lead management operations, including routing, scoring, and compliance.
  • Implement and optimize campaign operations, including program builds, UTM standards, and email execution.
  • Own attribution, reporting, and dashboards for channel performance, CAC, and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen to run experiments and improve conversion rates across user journeys.
  • Ensure data quality and governance for Marketing-owned fields in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations / Revenue Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Proven track record improving lead management, funnel conversion, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable building complex reports and dashboards via Salesforce, SQL, and other analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate strategy into process for definitions, workflows, dashboards, and operating cadence.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay for enrichment processes, and familiarity with WordPress and Drift/chatbot tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and an organized, detail-oriented approach to building repeatable, scalable processes.
  • Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States or Canada.
