What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows independently, owning the full lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and provide automation recommendations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune existing automations to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for all projects, from design specs to testing protocols.
• Mentor team members, sharing lessons learned and best practices.
• Experiment with the latest RPA tools and industry trends to keep the automation stack modern.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development or a similar automation-focused role.
• Solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in major RPA platforms (like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
• Scripting skills in Python, Java, or C# for complex integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking to identify automation opportunities and logic gaps.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
