What you will do

• Engineer and maintain documentation infrastructure, including pipelines, automation, and deployment.
• Build tooling and integrate AI into content workflows for efficient knowledge sharing.
• Embed documentation into the engineering lifecycle to keep pace with product changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, support, and customer success to document complex systems accurately.
• Act as internal expert on documentation engineering practices and industry evolution.

Requirements

• Professional level English skills essential.
• Experience as Documentation Engineer, Developer Advocate, or Software Engineer with strong documentation focus.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go).
• Docs-as-Code: Git-based workflows, Markdown/MDX, static site generators (Astro, Hugo).
• Managing CI/CD pipelines for documentation deployment and validation.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and developer-facing documentation.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools for content workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Building automation workflows with no-code/low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Integrating documentation into agile engineering sprints.
