What you will do
- Travel to 4–6 trade shows per month across the U.S.
- Engage attendees and deliver 50+ short demos daily to showcase AI voice + text capabilities.
- Manage full-cycle event execution, including booth setup, lead capture, and follow-up.
- Network extensively at breakfasts, mixers, and other business events.
- Deliver real-time customer objections, insights, and feature requests to shape product and GTM strategy.
- Serve as the frontline voice of hirify.global, demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Executive experience selling software.
- Comfortable with 40–60% national travel across the U.S., expecting consistent weekly flights and hotels.
- Magnetic communicator able to connect with anyone, initiate conversations, and perform nonstop demos.
- Independent and reliable, capable of self-managing and making smart calls while working remotely from HQ.
- Tech-friendly problem solver, able to run live demos and handle basic A/V troubleshooting.
- Hands-on and gritty, willing to carry boxes, haul gear, and stand for long stretches.
