What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Go-to-Market roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and take full ownership of the recruiting process.
  • Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes.
  • Promote employer branding and ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate experience for all candidates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Proven sourcing experience for different positions.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruiting.
  • Great learning capabilities and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to understand relevant skills and target non-active candidates.
  • Team player.
