Inside Sales Analyst

TL;DR

Inside Sales Analyst: Nurturing and qualifying generated leads from events and digital campaigns across the SEA region, supporting the ANZ Channel Team in cascading new promos, products, and marketing activities. Focus on managing leads, updating their status in Oracle, and ensuring timely assignment of approved deal registrations.

What you will do

• Reach out to and communicate the VIP program to qualified partners.
• Educate and promote current and new products to resellers via email or call.
• Manage and act on assigned Channel Leads, updating their status in Oracle in a timely manner.
• Ensure all approved deal registrations are assigned to corresponding Sales Account Managers promptly.
• Prepare and communicate weekly reports on leads qualifications within the team.
• Update the partner database on engaged partners.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience as telemarketing.
• Preferably knows the IT channel business and Australia market.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, engaging phone manner, and good conversational English (B2 level).
• Experience with basic reports preparation and data analysis.
