TL;DR

Customer Acquisition Sales Manager (ITSM/ITAM/Cybersecurity): Lead a team of 4–5 Account Executives driving mid-market and enterprise new logo acquisition in AMER with an accent on strategy development, pipeline management, and AI-powered execution. Focus on building structured acquisition engine, optimizing conversion rates and deal velocity using SPICED and MEDDPICC frameworks.

Location: Hybrid work model in Austin, TX (CST time zone)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute new business acquisition strategy across mid-market and enterprise accounts, defining territory segmentation and target accounts.
  • Build and inspect pipeline using SPICED and MEDDPICC, improving funnel conversion, sales cycle velocity, and deal quality.
  • Lead complex deal reviews, negotiations, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and leverage Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, track key metrics like pipeline coverage and ACV, and use AI for pipeline analysis and coaching.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 Account Executives through 1:1s, performance reviews, and AI tool adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, 2+ years in sales leadership
  • Background in ITSM, ITAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise software; success leading mid-market/enterprise new business teams.
  • Deep knowledge of SPICED and MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Active hands-on use of AI tools in sales workflows; must demonstrate practical AI application in interviews
  • Structured, data-driven leadership with strong communication and accountability.
