Location: Must be a resident of CA, NC, VA, WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Hybrid work is required for those within commuting distance of Tukwila, WA (Tuesdays & Wednesdays); otherwise, the role is fully remote within these states.

Salary: $156,200.00–$190,800.00 annually

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs.
• Work iteratively with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Define and adjust governance structures with Tech Product Owners and Leadership.
• Define and ensure delivery of success metrics for program projects.
• Manage program budgets, resource plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify roadblocks, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing programs or large-scale projects.
• Minimum 2 years improving enterprise or interdepartmental processes.
• Minimum 1 year of mentoring and influencing others on project approaches.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Project Management and Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Experience managing enterprise-level technology programs.
