What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results on various operational programs.
  • Manage communication with program teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate and moderate discussions to keep programs on track and raise issues.
  • Ensure program deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
  • Develop and manage Program Plans through to completion.
  • Produce and catalog all program documentation, developing reports and dashboards.
  • Think strategically about how to solve root problems in a scalable and repeatable way.

Requirements

  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong background in leading and completing complex programs.
  • Collaborative style, partnering well with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional facilitation, moderation, and organization skills.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, advanced level preferred for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a highly related field.
