Salary: $137,500.00 – $192,500.00

What you will do

• Design thoughtful, intuitive, and accessible content solutions for various product use cases and interactions.
• Apply information architecture methods and UI frameworks to design scalable content solutions.
• Audit, analyze, structure, create, and present compelling UX content.
• Partner with product and research teams to drive content tests and resolve content bugs.
• Apply a holistic, customer-focused approach to create a cohesive content strategy for loyalty programs.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights, along with business analytics, to drive content insights and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience in core content design skills.
• 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX writer, or Content Strategist.
• Ability to audit, analyze, structure, create, and design content independently in user-focused product experiences.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills to confidently communicate content strategies and decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience applying human-centered design practices to product experiences.
• Must have US work authorization (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience with empathetic, inclusive design for multiple user segments and brands.
• Portfolio showcasing design thinking and UX writing skills, especially in Loyalty and Membership.
• Curiosity to explore and apply emerging AI technologies, including prompt engineering.
