What you will do
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing outbound BDR team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, establish clear performance expectations, track KPIs, and ensure quota attainment.
- Design and implement outbound prospecting strategies, sequences, and messaging.
- Monitor team activity levels and effectiveness, ensuring consistent pipeline creation.
- Partner with Sales leadership to define target accounts, territories, and goals.
- Own and continuously refine outbound processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of BDR/SDR experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting.
- 1+ years of experience leading or managing a BDR/SDR team in a tech/SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing talent.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM software (HubSpot or similar).
