What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automated test frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance test coverage, reduce flakiness, and streamline debugging.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and rapid test execution.
• Drive adoption of testing best practices and promote a high-quality testing culture.
• Build comprehensive dashboards and provide insights for test quality improvement.
• Ensure stable and scalable test environments in collaboration with platform and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering with experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or similar.
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform) and experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience in building scalable developer tools and a passion for improving developer productivity.
• Experience with observability, debugging, and profiling techniques to enhance software reliability and performance.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence positive changes in engineering culture.
