What you will do

• Lead and evolve the CI/CD execution platform roadmap, incorporating AI for operations, triage, and decision-making.
• Own and operate scalable build and deployment infrastructure across web, services, and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with iOS and Android stakeholders to optimize build infrastructure and performance for mobile workflows.
• Analyze system performance metrics to optimize capacity utilization and reduce build failures.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance for the evolution of DevEx platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning production systems.
• Strong expertise in SDLC principles, architecture, and cloud-native operations.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerized applications, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting or coding with Python, Java, and/or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions (Gitlab, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Github) and deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary).
• Must be based in one of the 50 United States.

Nice to have

• Practical experience applying AI to engineering workflows, such as anomaly detection or failure analysis.
• Familiarity with automation tooling like SaltStack, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android build ecosystems.
