What you will do
- Proactively manage and expand a defined portfolio of small and medium-sized online shops in the DACH region.
- Identify and realize potential for increasing sales performance for customer shops.
- Develop your customer portfolio strategically and commercially, acting as a skilled negotiating partner.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams like New Business Sales and Product Management.
- Work with a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer success and maximize contract extensions.
Requirements
- Professional experience in proactive B2B customer approach and communication, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proven knowledge of independent account/customer portfolio management, ideally for up to a few hundred customers.
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a "hands-on mentality."
- Very good analytical skills, sales affinity, and persuasiveness.
- Affinity to e-commerce and ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Fluent German and very good English skills required.
